Analyst - Accounts Payable

Overview

Accounts Payable Clerk/Analyst role focused on processing invoices and maintaining accurate AP records.

What you'll do

• Process invoices as per standard operating procedures and meet targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per standard operating procedures.
• Generate and update the AP reporting activities.
• Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.
• Perform quality checks.
• Select invoices for payment and release them as per standard operating procedures.
• Create or update vendor master records as per standard operating procedures.

What you'll need

• Functional knowledge, education background, or relevant working experience is required.
• Demonstrates advanced functional skills used for on-the-job training and guiding other employees.
