P2P Operations Lead

Overview

Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Shared Services team in India for Addepar’s global Finance organization.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end supplier onboarding, document review, and adherence to internal policies.
• Administer procurement workflows in Coupa and NetSuite, including Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle.
• Lead Accounts Payable execution, including invoice validation, approvals, coding, and exception resolution.
• Ensure invoices are processed per company policies, approval workflows, and payment terms while monitoring AP aging.
• Drive P2P governance by monitoring operational metrics and supporting audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for P2P operational queries and escalations.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop P2P analysts, including SOPs and training plans.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience spanning Accounts Payable and Procurement operations.
• Deep hands-on proficiency in Coupa (purchase orders, supplier onboarding, invoice management, SPA workflows).
• Hands-on proficiency for AP and vendor management workflows in NetSuite (preferred) or another ERP.
• Working knowledge of G/L coding, amortization schedules, and basic accounting principles as applied to P2P.
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience in team leadership, including hiring and developing junior team members.
