Analyst — Supplier Enablement & Transaction Monitoring (SAP Ariba Network)

Overview

Analyst responsible for Supplier Enablement and Transaction Monitoring on SAP Ariba Network for the GSC India Indirect Procurement team, covering supplier onboarding, portal content, supplier communications, and daily transaction health monitoring.

What you'll do

• Triaging and resolving supplier queries via the centralised GSC India supplier communication inbox for POs, invoices, payments, and portal access.
• Invite and onboard suppliers to Ariba Network and support registration/configuration.
• Maintain supplier portal content (guides, FAQs, training materials, announcements) in English and core European languages.
• Monitor PO transmission and order confirmation status in Ariba Network daily and follow up on failed/blocked/delayed/unconfirmed transactions.
• Track open transaction issues in a shared monitoring log and ensure closure within agreed SLA.
• Publish weekly transaction monitoring reports and propose improvements based on recurring patterns.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of experience in supplier management, procurement operations, accounts payable, shared services, or vendor support.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba Network (supplier-facing) experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail for identifying transaction anomalies quickly.
• Organised tracking across an inbox, monitoring log, and onboarding tracker.
• Analytical mindset to read transaction dashboards and exception reports.
