Analyst - GBS

Overview

Analyst role in the Enterprise Model Risk Management team within Bank of America's Global Business Services, performing quality control analysis and reviews on Model Risk Management governance, process and data quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide oversight of the end-to-end MRM Framework, identifying that activities were performed in accordance with program requirements.
• Report findings to senior management.
• Work across teams to educate and train teammates on common errors and best practices.

What you'll need

• B. E./ B. Tech/ M. E./ M. Tech/MBA degree from reputed institutes.
• Experience range 0-2 years.
• Ability to own and manage workload while meeting strict time adherence goals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Proactive identification of improving testing effectiveness.
• Effective comprehension and listening skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positivity and adaptability to change.

Nice to have

• Good financial knowledge.
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with attention to detail.
• Expertise in MS Office products such as Excel, Access, VBA, SQL.
