Analyst - HR Operations: Leavers : UK Region : 1 Year Contract to Perm

Overview

HR Operations Analyst focused on UK leavers/offboarding support within the HR Shared Services (People Hub, Bangalore).

What you'll do

• Provide proactive HR support to employees and managers in the UK.
• Handle HR lifecycle/leavers/offboarding processes in line with UK/global policies.
• Manage and coordinate HR case queries using a case management tool.
• Produce standard correspondence to employees and external parties.
• Coordinate with employees, line managers, and other HR colleagues.
• Contribute to improvements within the department.
• Support People Hub team ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested.

What you'll need

• At least 1+/2 years of experience handling UK/global lifecycle or leavers/offboarding.
• Good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
• Basic IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in HR shared services supporting UK/global leavers/offboarding (preferred).
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative ability managing a complex, varied workload.
• Confidentiality and ability to work with high autonomy and as part of a team.
