Analyst I, Logistics Business Analyst

Overview

The Analyst (Logistics Business Analyst) drives logistics operations with a continuous improvement mindset and customer-centricity, aligning business stakeholder priorities with floor teams.

What you'll do

• Manage system integration between SAP and external WMS systems.
• Perform inventory reconciliation including stock counts, annual stock checks, and audits with physical vs system comparison.
• Handle customer dispute management for returns, uplift process, and credit/debit processes.
• Support stock transport activities such as warehouse-to-warehouse reallocations, plant-to-plant, and sample order processing.
• Own warehouse repack planning and coordinate with vendors to ensure packaging materials are in stock for repack.
• Review progress of weekly repack planning and close repack PO’s before closing needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years’ experience in logistics operations focused on warehousing and invoice operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC (required).
• ARIBA and OTM expertise will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on work attitude and customer-centric nature.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Must fluently speak English.
