Operations Associate

Overview

Operations Associate role supporting US healthcare RCM operations by resolving claims and related tasks and working with quality and BPO teams to improve outcomes.

What you'll do

• Resolve claims and tasks tied to US healthcare RCM.
• Analyze complex process breakdowns using root cause analysis.
• Provide appropriate next steps to BPO teams based on findings.
• Drive workflows, directives, and new work assignments with BPO teams as SME and trainer.
• Run process-specific calls with BPO teams to improve quality outcomes.
• Partner with the quality team to identify training opportunities and own training action items.

What you'll need

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Have 5-7 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Have previous experience in healthcare RCM (mandatory).
