Analyst - Scientific Communications & Medical Information

Overview

Analyst role focused on developing and maintaining scientific communications and medical information that support accurate, balanced, compliant use of medicines.

What you'll do

• Create, review, and maintain scientific materials (narratives, MSL resources, infographics, standard responses, FAQs, and digital assets).
• Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare providers with accurate, scientifically balanced information.
• Collaborate with global partners to align content to regulatory standards, company policies, and industry guidelines.
• Conduct literature searches, appraise evidence, and manage sourced-content permissions.
• Translate scientific data into clear, audience-appropriate messages for therapeutic-area objectives.
• Perform medical accuracy reviews to uphold scientific integrity, balance, and compliance.
• Support content tied to launches, data updates, and scientific congresses while meeting deadlines.

What you'll need

• “Sophisticated scientific degree” with PharmD preferred (MD, PhD, or equivalent also acceptable).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in scientific communications or related roles in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/healthcare.
• Clinical and healthcare systems expertise.
• Scientific literature evaluation and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
• Scientific/medical writing and content creation skills (e.g., slide decks).
• Ability to apply local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements to Medical Affairs activities.

• Office presence: “on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office,” with flexibility.
