Analytics Manager - CIB

Overview

Analytics Manager for Wells Fargo in the CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) domain, leading data research and intelligence projects to support business objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors for planning and executing data research projects.
• Identify and recommend strategies for developing and using technical/analytic resources for initiatives.
• Interpret and develop strategies to maximize profits or asset growth and minimize credit/operating losses and other risk exposures.
• Ensure adherence to data management, data governance regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and multiple levels of managers to provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Lead creation of innovative research concepts and designs and define information needs into data/technical requirements.
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources, and mentor direct reports including assisting with hiring.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of analytics experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong AI working experience.
• Ability to provide tailored and actionable CIB analytics insights through ad-hoc and consultative analytics.
