Overview

Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst (Hands-on Development Lead) with responsibilities spanning technical leadership and hands-on full-stack development.

What you'll do

• Act as primary technical lead bridging business requirements and technical execution.
• Partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical specifications and execution plans.
• Lead design and development of robust, secure, scalable API contracts with dependent teams.
• Own projects end-to-end across the SDLC from requirements through post-production support.
• Contribute hands-on coding using Angular for frontend and Spring Boot microservices for backend.
• Leverage generative AI tools to improve development workflow efficiency.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in a professional product development environment.
• Proven, current full-stack development experience with Angular and Spring Boot microservices.
• Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and managing integration dependencies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding efficiency and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to track projects from requirements analysis through post-production support.
• Flexibility to work in non-IST hours to support global project delivery.
• Extensive experience delivering software using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
