APAC Marketing Operations Manager

Overview

APAC Marketing Operations Manager for the Pokémon GO team in Bangalore, supporting the APAC Marketing team with process improvement and end-to-end campaign operations.

What you'll do

• Design, document, and implement end-to-end marketing workflows and SOPs across the APAC region.
• Lead project execution for complex marketing campaigns, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Optimize DM, Channel, and in-game tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking and reporting of OKRs and KPIs across marketing functions.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop training and support for new MarTech tools and process best practices.
• Oversee marketing budget operations, including PO tracking, invoice processing, and vendor contract management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• 5-6+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or combined MOps/PM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose workflow issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to structure and articulate complex information.
