Application Engineer - Heat Pumps

Overview

Application Engineer for Heat Pumps responsible for independent refrigeration circuit and design work, component development, validation, and certification readiness.

What you'll do

• Handle refrigeration circuit design including sizing and component selection, plus piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• Finalize technical specifications and select system components.
• Develop components/modules and validate them against Design Validation Plans (DVP) and relevant standards.
• Manage product certification processes including CE, RoHS, REACH, and EMC.
• Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams (CFT).
• Drive DFMEA and DVP preparation to support robust product design.
• Lead cost-saving and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow documentation processes as per the Bosch Quality Management System.

What you'll need

• B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical.
• 6 to 10 years of experience.
