Overview

Application Field Service Engineer supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, including customer demos, installations, servicing, and training for complex equipment systems.

What you'll do

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including customer demonstrations.
• Conduct material evaluation and on-site installations.
• Service and repair complex equipment and systems.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers on system operation, maintenance, and provide training.
• Provide call center phone support and use the CRM system when not traveling.

What you'll need

• Have a technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Have 1-3 years of related experience.
• Have exposure to the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging industries.
• Be able to travel 50-75% (domestic and international).
