Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer responsible for on-site support, installation, optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware/software/network products for customers.

What you'll do

• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs and advise on preventive maintenance and configurations.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned customer interruptions.
• Provide limited application support using relevant experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated customer solutions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Specific experience with LC required.
• Demonstrated logical troubleshooting capability.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

Details

• Full-time weekly schedule; day shift.
• Territory coverage: NJ, NY, and CT; candidate to reside in Central to Northern NJ.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Company vehicle program available (company car or mileage reimbursement).
