Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer for cloud network operations and infrastructure tech support, focused on detecting, solving, and resolving issues across critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Provide support by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
• Perform in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Network Operations.
• Basic networking skills in Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Cloud networking skills including one of the listed certifications (AWS Advanced Networking Specialty / AWS Solutions Architect Professional / Azure Network Engineer Associate or Professional / Cloud Network Engineer).
• Enterprise-scale networking architecture experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP (minimum 3 items from the list).
• Knowledge in Cloud On-Ramp to DC and S2S VPN (minimum 3 items from the list).
• A 15 years full time education qualification.
