Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems, with a focus on Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

What you'll do

• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Must have proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in complex environments.
• Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
