Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support and configure supply chain planning applications by investigating issues, validating solutions, and coordinating delivery with client stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
• Configure, test, and validate demand, supply, and inventory planning modules.
• Coordinate with client IT and business teams to resolve open items.
• Own functional designs, configuration workbooks, and traceability matrices.
• Guide analysts and support their day-to-day delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge management and best-practice documentation.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience with SCM applications.
• 5–8 years of working-level exposure across supply chain planning modules or domains.
• Configuration experience in at least two planning domains.
• Experience integrating planning applications with ERP or MDM systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs, planning metrics, and performance benchmarking.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent workstream management skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 15 years of full-time education.
