Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Maintain system reliability and support business continuity across complex software environments.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents and service requests.
• Investigate and resolve issues within various components of essential business systems.
• Monitor and maintain critical business applications to ensure high availability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Epic Systems.
• Proficiency in Epic Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to track and document issue resolution.
• 15 years full time education.
