Overview

Applied AI Architect (Industries) is a pre-sales role where you act as a technical advisor to large enterprises adopting Claude, shaping architectures for integration and deployment.

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Advise enterprise customers through Claude adoption from discovery and evaluation to deployment.
• Coordinate with internal sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success.
• Support customer development using the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences.
• Guide integration architecture decisions and help design evaluation frameworks.
• Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite and engineering/IT teams.
• Strong technical communication skills to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfort with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks/tools or a background in machine learning or data science.

Details

• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
