Applied Value Engineer - EAM-EMEA

Overview

Applied Value Engineer (EAM) helping strategic customers solve business-critical problems by building and prototyping Celonis solutions and proving value through end-to-end PoV projects.

What you'll do

• Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges to find problem-solution fit.
• Rapidly prototype LLM/agent-based solutions during customer hackathons.
• Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails.
• Discover and translate strategic priorities into Celonis use cases, demos, and business cases.
• Facilitate value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Own the customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) and provide roadmap feedback to product.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value via business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Hands-on Python, AI building and consulting experience.
• Experience identifying business process improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures, including change enablement.
• Project management experience planning and managing scope, expectations, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
