Area Sales Executive

Overview

Area Sales Executive role to oversee and expand PPL Pharma Inc.'s market presence within an assigned territory, driving sales growth and building relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies and distributors.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators and distributors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in the assigned area.
• Deliver persuasive, scientifically-backed presentations to healthcare professionals to promote PPL Pharma Inc.'s product portfolio and secure product recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback, reporting insights to the regional sales management team.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, daily call logs and expense reports in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally as a medical representative or sales executive.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and industry regulations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset and excellent time-management skills.
