Overview

Area Sales Manager for Chennai, responsible for customer visits, CAP/BOP execution, customer relationship management, and leading negotiations with customers in the sales area.

What you'll do

• Visit customers in the sales area based on the defined customer visit frequency.
• Execute assigned CAP/BOP for each customer and product line within the timing assigned.
• Manage customer relationships by identifying unmet needs and tracking competition moves per product line.
• Lead negotiations with customers within the delegation power in place.
• Plan customer visits in advance and prepare for visits with agendas and CAP/BOP materials.
• Submit STORM visit reports and complete CAP survey every day; attend MSM to master sales pitches.
