Area Sales Manager - Coimbatore

Overview

Area Sales Manager (Microsurgery) for medical direct sales in government and private institutions within the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Drive sales strategies and activities to achieve divisional sales targets.
• Grow sales, margin, and market share in the microsurgery business vertical.
• Develop and execute market attack plans and promotions to create market demand and accelerate new product growth.
• Lead product sales activities including new product launches, competitive data gathering, and VOC collection.
• Create sales tools and monitor business results (product mix, volumes, prices, customer profitability).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key customer account personnel.
• Manage sales targets for profitable sales volume and margin with integrity and compliance.

What you'll need

• At least 8+ years of experience selling within the relevant market.
• Education: degree in Biology/Engg or equivalent (e.g., B.E, B.Pharma, Bio.Tech, MBA, any science graduate) is stated as nice to have/strong sales background.
• Proven record of successful selling of similar products.
• Strong communications and business acumen.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or an equivalent sales management program.
• Ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment and perform extensive field visits/travel within the assigned geography.
