Overview

Area Sales Manager for Paytm's EDC Retail business, responsible for growing sales of EDC swiping machines through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations in the assigned area.

What you'll do

• Drive swiping device (EDC machine) sales in the assigned area.
• Resolve merchant queries.
• Drive overall engagement of the merchant base.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Hire and build the team.
• Set clear team goals.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team member feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.

• Suggest and organize team building activities.
