ASIC Design Engineer - RTL and Circuits

Overview

ASIC Design Engineer (RTL and Circuits) for mixed-signal chip architecture and RTL development in NVIDIA’s Circuit Solutions Group.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system-level architecture for mixed-signal chips for power delivery and power management.
• Define micro-architecture and specifications of digital IP blocks for power and performance improvements.
• Partner with RTL and design verification engineers to meet performance and quality expectations.
• Overlook design correctness across Lint/NA/CDC/Synthesis/DFT/LEC/STA.
• Work with back-end teams until chip tape-out.
• Craft behavioral models in RTL for mixed-signal blocks.

What you'll need

• B.S. or MS degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of proven experience in logic design and Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Background with physical design and VLSI.
• Experience with RTL development, custom digital design, and behavioral circuit modeling for mixed-signal blocks.
• Strong familiarity with all stages of the ASIC design flow, including front-end design and verification, DFT, and timing analysis.
• Strong team player interpersonal skills.
