Associate Analyst

Overview

Associate Analyst (Junior Business Analyst) role in Bengaluru, focused on business transformation and process improvement through business applications and requirement delivery.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand current processes and design future-state solutions.
• Document and analyze “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes, workflows, and user journeys.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support functional specifications, process maps, and user requirements documentation.
• Assist with system implementation activities including configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Participate in testing activities such as UAT, defect tracking, and solution validation.

What you'll need

• Recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or any engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and document business processes and requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (or similar).
