Overview
Risk Intelligence Associate responsible for monitoring and verifying multi-source events, producing incident reports, and tracking incidents through resolution while engaging stakeholders for approvals and improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor multi-source event feeds from official releases, ports and carriers, weather, geo, regulatory updates, and internal tools.
- Verify events by cross-checking at least two independent sources, reconciling discrepancies, and recording a confidence level.
- Triangulate facts and impact using supplier sites, tier mapping, parts, manufacturing locations, and active customer shipments.
- Produce short, actionable incident reports including headline, what happened, why it matters, exposure snapshot, recommended actions, confidence rating, and follow-up.
- Maintain a citation trail with links, timestamps, source notes, and attach screenshots or archived links when needed.
- Track incidents through open, monitoring, mitigated, and closed lifecycle stages with update cadence until closure and related follow-on event monitoring.
- Run post-incident reviews to capture learnings, thresholds, and escalation paths.
What you'll need
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, market intelligence, or supply chain risk monitoring.
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, manufacturing, and procurement ecosystems.
- Familiarity with risk intelligence frameworks, ESG considerations, and incident escalation workflows.
- Advanced analytical and report-creation skills to work with large datasets and unstructured information.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for summarizing complex risk scenarios for business stakeholders.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, plus data tools.
