Associate Business Analyst

Overview

Associate Business Analyst role focused on commercial data & analytics, working between technology and global business partners.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team.
• Work with business clients and technology management to create technology roadmaps.
• Build cases and drive DevOps to achieve roadmap deliverables.
• Mature Agile operating practices for user story development, testing, and quality oversight.
• Translate commercial data (Sales, Activity, Digital data) into dashboards, reports, and mobile outputs for decision makers.
• Lead subject matter expertise in reporting and incentive compensation by researching and implementing tools/features.

What you'll need

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Information Systems.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
• Proven problem-solving skills in data and analytics with technology.
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to write user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile tools such as Jira.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and influence based on data/business value.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
