Associate Chemist- Energy, R&D

Overview

Associate Chemist for Energy/R&D focused on R&D activities for product development, testing, qualification, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

What you'll do

• Create IWBS and DoE, and execute assigned tasks for core projects.
• Develop and modify product formulations.
• Test and qualify developed or existing products according to SOP.
• Work in a laboratory environment with team members to complete project work.
• Document ongoing tasks and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain 5S and safety per IMS and department guidelines.
• Support customer process troubleshooting and site visits.

What you'll need

• MSc in Organometallic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
• 6 months to 1 year of R&D experience with a focus in chemistry.
• Experience working in laboratories for developing, testing, and qualifying formulations/products.
• Knowledge in chemistry, project execution, and DoE preparation.
• Creative, structured, and methodical workstyle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
