Associate, Customer Service Representative

Overview

Customer service role interacting with customers and customer information daily, handling inquiries, providing product information and keeping customer records accurate.

What you'll do

• Interact with customers and customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide information to customers about product features.
• Help customers with complaints and questions, and give customers information about products and services.
• Help customers when they are faced with problems or need information and/or ensure customer information is updated accurately.
• Deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations on a regular basis.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Update customer files with appropriate information, ensuring information follows regulatory, client-specific and corporate guidelines.
• Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails and other applicable channels to update customer account information.
• Champion company core values and other company programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Agent/Customer Service Representative.
