Overview

Support the Digital IQ team in collecting high-quality data, investigating data-related issues, and contributing to data quality improvements under the guidance of senior team members.

What you'll do

• Accurately record observations, evidence, and notes in internal platforms following established validation rules.
• Identify and promptly flag website bugs, data errors, or usability concerns to research leads or managers for further action.
• Use available information resources to build understanding of data points and contribute to overall data quality improvement efforts.
• Review assigned data sets for accuracy and share findings with colleagues as part of routine quality checks.
• Investigate and document questions or issues related to brand site content and configuration under the guidance of senior team members.
• Complete assigned project tasks on schedule while maintaining high standards for quality in deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with teammates in a fast-paced environment and seek feedback from peers and supervisors.
• Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions as a learner and apply new concepts or methods as directed.

What you'll need

• Graduate with excellent record in any stream.
• 0-1 years of experience in data collection/extraction/entry or marketing support functions such as list building, lead qualification.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering).
• Familiarity with PowerPoint for reporting or sharing findings.
• Ability to use internal platforms/tools for documentation and data validation.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts (introductory level).
• Interest in learning and responsibly applying Gartner approved GenAI-enabled tools.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who gets along well with colleagues and shares knowledge.
• Passionate about learning new things in digital marketing related to brands, social media, etc.
• Willingness to seek feedback and learn from peers/supervisors.
• High attention to detail when reviewing data.
• Ability to follow established processes/rules accurately.
