Associate Design Engineer

Overview

Associate Design Engineer supporting electrical engineering activities on projects of varying size and complexity, under senior engineers’ supervision.

What you'll do

• Complete survey work, standard computations, analysis, and basic design tasks cost-effectively and per contract specifications.
• Collect data and support production of engineering design.
• Prepare project documentation within the scope of deliverables.
• Exercise judgment on limited details using standard methods.
• Assist customers with technical issues and coordinate with official contacts, contractors, and staff within scope.
• Support communication related to assignments and workshops for engineering design, tools, and processes.

What you'll need

• Have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Have 2–4 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
• Use EPLAN (mandatory).
• Know AutoCAD (added advantage).
• Experience designing Low Voltage Switchgear products including MCC, PCC, PDP, and IEC switchgear.
• Prepare electrical schematics, panel drawings, and engineering documentation.
