Associate – Employer Branding

Overview

As an Associate – Employer Branding, you will support employer branding, communications, and talent attraction initiatives for Zinnov and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

What you'll do

• Conduct research on employer branding, talent markets, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
• Support content development for LinkedIn, blogs, careers pages, employee stories, and employer branding campaigns.
• Assist in executing recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across channels.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and maintain campaign trackers.
• Support employee advocacy and internal branding initiatives, including communication assets and employee stories.
• Help coordinate project planning, scheduling, trackers, documentation, and deliverable execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2+ years of experience in employer branding, communications, content marketing, digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or related fields.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content development, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Content creation and storytelling ability.
• Digital marketing fundamentals and social media management/content planning skills.
