Associate Engineer, IT MES

Overview

Associate Engineer, IT MES will manage application lifecycle activities for software systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and support IT solutions for manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Manage application lifecycle management for software systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Conduct user requirement analysis with relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and deliver IT solutions for manufacturing operations with the global IT team.
• Plan and coordinate user training and acceptance testing/verification for new software releases.
• Perform application software and hardware maintenance to maintain high uptime.
• Monitor system performance proactively, identify abnormalities, and help prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Support root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive continuous improvements.

What you'll need

• Experience with application lifecycle management for software systems in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Ability to conduct user requirement analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with global IT teams to implement and deliver IT solutions.
• Ability to coordinate user training and acceptance testing/verification.
• Ability to perform application software and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to monitor system performance and address SLA-based ticket closure.
