Overview

Consulting role within PwC's SAP business application practice, focused on Employee Central implementations, providing consulting services across SAP applications, analysing client needs, implementing solutions, and offering training and support.

What you'll do

• Lead Employee Central track for large multi-country implementations for international or domestic customers.
• Apply hands-on knowledge of all Employee Central functionalities: Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Create absence time types and time account types, and enable assignment of time off master data to employees.
• Independently lead design workshops for the customer.
• Apply leading practices and industry best practices.
• Integrate other modules at platform level with Employee Central.
• Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location.
• Understand the end employee life cycle on the SF platform.
• Work with Employee Central integration capabilities with S4H, third-party payroll and other systems.
• Apply a good understanding of the data migration approach and strategy for Employee Central.

What you'll need

• Experience in a role leading the Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customers.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience of all Employee Central functionalities: Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Experience independently leading design workshops for customers.
• Understanding of leading practices and industry best practices.
• Good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central.
• Understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform.
• Knowledge of Employee Central integration capabilities with S4H, third-party payroll and other systems.
• Good understanding of the data migration approach/strategy for Employee Central.
• Mandatory skill: Employee Central – Time tracking.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Degree: Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration (or BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA as listed in education qualification).
• Required skill: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Preferred skill: Employee Central – Time tracking.
