Associate QA Consultant, Amazon Connect / Contact Center QA

Overview

Associate QA Consultant for Amazon Connect / Contact Center QA, focused on supporting testing across complex customer and agent journeys, including Amazon Connect, IVR, telephony, APIs, and Salesforce omnichannel integration.

What you'll do

• Support testing of Amazon Connect Contact Flows, queues, routing, and agent workflows.
• Execute functional testing for IVR and self-service journeys (including DTMF, speech/ASR, authentication, transfers, callbacks, and error/timeout scenarios).
• Perform API testing of AWS services used in Amazon Connect solutions (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, CloudWatch) using Postman.
• Support investigation of issues across Amazon Connect, AWS, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
• Test integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), including CTI and omnichannel functionality.
• Create test scenarios/cases, manage test data, and log/track/retest defects in Jira.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of QA/testing experience or 6 months of paid QA internship experience.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Basic knowledge of test case creation, test execution, and defect management/QA processes.
• Basic knowledge of APIs with hands-on exposure to Postman or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts, preferably AWS.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Work location: Remote in India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune only).
