Senior Test Analyst

Overview

Senior Test Analyst role focused on ensuring applications under test meet organizational standards and end-user requirements through manual and automated testing, defect reporting, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Carry out procedures to ensure AUT meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
• Conduct online, batch, and data verification testing after data migration.
• Use testing techniques (positive, negative, regression) to analyze issues and report defects.
• Analyze requirements to design testing strategies including objectives, methods, and testing environment needs.
• Execute manual and automated tests using automated testing tools and multiple environments.
• Document test results and create detailed defect reports through resolution and closure.

What you'll need

• Typically 2 years of relevant experience (minimum qualification).
• Relational databases and bankcard industry knowledge.
• IBM Rational tools experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or additional experience in lieu of degree).
• Working knowledge of automated testing tools execution and manual/automated testing.
• Knowledge of procedures/methodology/application standards including payment card industry and security compliance (PII not stated).
