Associate Recruiter responsible for delivering recruitment strategies aligned to local growth plans and improving candidate and hiring team experiences.

• Partner with local leaders to understand strategic growth plans and recruitment needs.
• Use market intelligence data to develop recruitment strategies for experienced and early career roles.
• Drive proactive sourcing activities including networking, competitive sourcing, and referrals.
• Track talent market trends and competitors’ measures.
• Stay updated on recruitment industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Support implementation of Talent Acquisition tools and process optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and lead a regional team of recruiters and sourcers.
