Overview

Associate role in PwC's SAP consulting practice, delivering SAP HCM solutions that help clients optimise HR operations and achieve their strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, and Performance Management.
• Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
• Provide documentation including design specs, functional specs, and user manuals.
• Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HCM.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM industry best practices and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies related to HR processes.

What you'll need

• SAP HCM experience of 2 to 4 years.
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering, or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• Mandatory skill: SAP HCM.

Nice to have

• SAP HCM Certification.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in localized regions.
• Exposure to SAP upgrades and support projects.
