Associate - Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Hiring

Overview

Support full-cycle talent acquisition for entry-level and experienced roles, focused on recruiting for US markets. Manage candidate sourcing, evaluation, coordination, and hiring processes in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do

• Refer applicants for open positions and evaluate candidates.
• Source candidates through advertising, direct outreach, referrals, agencies, research organizations, and job fairs.
• Schedule interviews and develop interview questions with hiring managers.
• Prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.
• Administer pre-employment tests and conduct reference checks.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and respond to recruitment inquiries.
• Close requisitions and communicate outcomes to unsuccessful candidates.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of full recruitment lifecycle experience in US markets.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US visa types, including H1B, EAD, GC, and Citizens.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts covering US business hours.

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Experience recruiting in financial services, Wealth Management, or FinTech.
