Overview

Field sales role for the EPD Established Pharma division in Ludhiana, Punjab, focused on territory sales targets and building relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists.

What you'll do

• Achieve assigned territory/geography wise sales target.
• Carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
• Report field work on a daily basis on the assigned online system.
• Meet call average, coverage and frequency norms of the assigned division.
• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
• Promote the Division's products as per strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders (doctors, chemists, stockists etc).
• Facilitate strategy building.
• Act as a good brand ambassador.

What you'll need

• Minimum education: BSc or B.Pharma.
• 2+ years of experience or training.
• Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also be considered.
• Prior or current experience in the same therapy.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Nice to have

• Experience from an MNC or top Indian pharma companies.

• Location: India, Punjab, Ludhiana.
• Travel: Yes, 100% of the time.
• Work shift: Standard.
• Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day).
• Base pay: N/A.
