Overview

Associate, Venue Business is a field, territory-led sales role focused on growing a subscription-based vendor network by identifying, onboarding, and managing venue partners in Uttarakhand.

What you'll do

• Identify and approach prospective venue partners across the assigned territory.
• Pitch and close subscription plans tailored to partner needs.
• Drive subscription renewals by building strong partner relationships.
• Own the health, growth, and performance of the assigned geography.
• Track local market trends, competitors, and vendor sentiments to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and pipeline stages and share updates with leadership.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, vendor onboarding, or subscription-based sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Details

• Work model: field job in Uttarakhand with initial 1 week training in the Delhi office.
• Travel: expected to travel across Uttarakhand to meet clients.
