Overview

Associate-level ServiceNow developer/advisory role focused on building and customizing ServiceNow HRSD/WSD solutions and integrations for clients.

What you'll do

• Build and customize ServiceNow HRSD/WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals.
• Configure and manage HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management.
• Create custom applications, workflows, and solutions within the WSD suite (desk booking, visitor management, space management).
• Develop integrations with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) using REST/SOAP.
• Implement integrations with security tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Apply core ServiceNow platform development capabilities (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• ServiceNow HRSD/WSD proficiency.
• Experience with core platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Ability to integrate with other HR systems using REST/SOAP.
• ServiceNow HRSD/WSD certifications (CIS or CAD; CSA mentioned).
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) qualification.
