Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Legal (Infrastructure)

Overview

Experienced Legal professional (Infrastructure) based in India supporting the Global Infrastructure function with employment, corporate governance, finance, and legal operations matters.

What you'll do

• Support HR with employee relations including performance management, discipline, investigations, and terminations.
• Advise on sensitive employment matters such as complaints, retaliation concerns, accommodations, and workplace investigations.
• Draft and review employment-related documentation including separation agreements, employment agreements, releases.
• Support corporate governance by maintaining entity records and assisting with corporate documentation and board materials.
• Support financings and lender processes, including due diligence requests, closings, and post-closing obligations.
• Handle legal operations tasks like matter management, documentation standards, and process improvements.

What you'll need

• Earned LL.B. from a reputed university.
• 3-9 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong contracting experience, including cross-border agreements and coordination with global stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across the United States, India, Ireland, and other jurisdictions.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management platforms and DocuSign.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
