Overview

Assurance Associate 2 for Real Estate, providing timely, high-quality audit client service and supporting audit engagements using RSM methodology.

What you'll do

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology, and tools.
• Perform audit procedures and tests per RSM audit methodology based on the overall audit plan.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and discuss them with the audit in-charge.
• Assist the engagement team in preparing audit reports and management letters.
• Ensure engagement documentation is compliant with firm quality standards.
• Coordinate development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with U.S. audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management daily.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s in Commerce.
• 1 year of relevant experience (Non-qualified track).
• CA qualified plus 0-1 years relevant experience (qualified track).
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Professional skepticism, judgment, and adherence to the code of ethics.
