Back Office Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office administration tasks including documentation, filing, and record updates.
• Support back-office operations by coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and tracking routine workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness using Advanced Excel Skills for reporting, tracking, and basic analysis.
• Handle coordination between departments by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Assist with inventory/order-related documentation and ensure process adherence to internal guidelines.
• Monitor operational requirements, help resolve administrative issues, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a high standard of office organization through effective office management practices.
• Contribute to improving administrative efficiency by identifying gaps and supporting process refinements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in back office or administrative operations (minimum 5 to maximum 15 years, as applicable).
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel Skills including data handling, reporting, and organized spreadsheet management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams.
• Demonstrated office management and administrative execution with attention to detail.
• Ability to apply administration and management practices to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable preparing and reviewing routine documentation.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in administrative tasks.
