Overview
BI Engineer (Associate) in Managed Services within PwC’s Analytics as Service - Operate practice, supporting the transition and running of outsourced services.
What you'll do
- Support the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to optimize processes and tools for managed services.
- Perform project management tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Use automation frameworks to design and develop process-improvement solutions.
- Continuously improve processes to drive operational excellence.
- Gather and analyze data to identify patterns and inform business process optimization.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in SAS, Tableau, and SQL.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
