BIM Coordinator - Drainage

Overview

BIM Coordinator for Drainage focused on Highway and Urban drainage delivery. You will coordinate BIM processes, quality-assure outputs, and support junior team performance.

What you'll do

• Apply Health and Safety principles during planning and delivery of work.
• Support management of performance and behaviors of more junior staff.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for highway drainage and urban drainage tasks.
• Develop and manage BIM models, including federated models and clash analysis.
• Prepare and finalize drainage-related drawings across project stages.
• Provide assurance by quality-assuring drawings, reports, and specifications against requirements and standards.
• Prepare project progress and status reports and guide the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Design Consulting environment.
• Minimum 6 years of international design projects experience for highway/urban drainage with BIM compliance.
• Minimum 3 years of UK project experience delivering multiple deliverables with BIM compliance.
• Competent with BIM processes and tools, including Civil3D.
• Experience using DMRB standards for project work.
• Ability to work with international codes and CAD standards for multiple UK county councils.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and UK units of measure.
