BSA Operations Junior Analyst

Overview

Support Blackline maintenance and reporting as part of a finance transformation project focused on balance sheet assurance, reconciliation, and journal entry.

What you'll do

• Maintain and configure the Blackline platform for performance and business alignment.
• Set up system settings, user permissions, and access controls.
• Manage Blackline users, including adding, updating, and deactivating accounts.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot access/functionality issues.
• Maintain Blackline master data (charts of accounts and mapping tables) with audits and validations.
• Develop and customize Blackline reports for reconciliation-related KPIs and generate monthly reporting.
• Configure workflows to streamline reconciliation and approval processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and Blackline/SAP ECC/S4 HANA/MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactivity and analytical thinking.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Prefer prior Blackline experience.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Project role for 12–18 months that transitions back to an operational team lead/senior analyst role.
• No travel expected.
• Hybrid of office/remote working.
• Eligible for relocation within country.
