Overview

Business Advisory Associate role focused on investigating and verifying automotive warranty claims and improving operational efficiency. You will analyze and optimize automotive supply chains using digitization.

What you'll do

• Investigate and verify warranty claims using external support resources (Parts catalog, Dealer Assist, and Standard labor time).
• Make appropriate decisions based on findings from warranty-claim investigations.
• Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies.
• Analyze, improve, and optimize automotive supply chains for effectiveness, efficiency, and resilience.
• Use digitization as part of supply-chain improvement efforts.

What you'll need

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Hold a BTech or Diploma in Automobile.
• Be a BE Automobile graduate.
• Have a Diploma with or without Automotive experience.
